If you are having an issue with your horn or horn combo,
contact us at garret@stebelengineeredsounds.com for
information on returning your horn and how to get a
return authorization number for sending it back.
Within
30 Days of Purchase -
Warranty is replacement of defective product upon
return. Stebel Engineered Sounds pays shipping for
return and replacement.

Days to 6 Months from Date of Purchase -
Warranty is replacement of defective product upon
return. Customer pays shipping for return of defective
product, Stebel Engineered Sounds pays replacement
shipping.

Months to 1 Year from Date of Purchase -
Warranty is replacement of defective product. Customer
pays for return shipping and replacement shipping.
Note: Customer
abuse, damage from accidents, or improper installation
is not covered under this warranty program.

The Horn Covers Only -
Your new horn cover comes with a limited 1 year warranty
against defects in materials and workmanship. In the
event of an issue with your cover, contact Garret at garret@stebelengineeredsounds.com for
a return authorization number and the shipping address
to send the cover. The customer is responsible to pay
for shipping the defective cover back and Stebel Engineered
Sounds will pay for shipping the replacement back.
